Alright, so, yes, I’ve built myself a website.
For years I have wanted to do this but could never make the time. A single place that I control where I can share my work and thoughts. No ads. No likes. Just a nice place for me to exist online and ideally a nice place for you to explore.
So, welcome!
Perhaps you’ve already noticed, but this place is designed to feel like you’re browsing a tiny computer. My computer filled with my thoughts, photos, work, and ideas, plus links to people and things that I like.
Though I have shared photos and posts elsewhere, it’s writing that I want to spend more time on. Though I am still finding my voice, I do have thoughts and will use this space to get better at expressing them.
Please explore the Programs and Files I’ve written. Though this all may feel like a kind of desktop operating system, it is designed to work well with the web too: each program, folder, or file has a URL (notice the web browser address field change as you browse around) that can be bookmarked, an RSS feed that updates whenever I add something (a blog post, a photo, a movie, etc.), and shareable links to anything and everything. Oh, and it works on mobile.
My hope is that a system like this may give you a better idea of who I am than a brochure ever could.
