Naturally I have been thinking about this book a lot over the past 5 years. A book whose film adaptation never seems to get made, or is impossible to make. The Metaverse, katana duels, and a pizza-delivery dystopia. Perhaps my favorite sci-fi cyberpunk novel. Certainly one of the most visionary. Though I do wonder why we seem keen on making this world a reality.
